When you use K BIAS, we process and deliver to you and other users of the Service information about your K BIAS transactions, such as information about items that youlist for sale through our Service and chats exchanged with other K BIAS users. In thisprocess, we may receive information about your device, software, who you communicate with, chat content, locations and our access logs, which may include IPaddress, device ID, your actions within our Service and language settings.

Our browser-based page website also places cookies to provide functionality, associating usage data with your device. We process usage information to deliver, improve and optimize our K BIAS service to determine what information, including promotional information, you may need or may be interested in.

Many Internet browsers allow you to adjust your cookie preferences or delete existingcookies. If you set your browser to reject cookies, you should be aware that certain browser-based app or website features, promotions or services may not be available to you

If you close your K BIAS account we will deactivate the account within 30 business days. Please remember that others can see messages and content that you have sent them or posted publicly even after you close your account. Also, please remember that we keep deactivated account information for a certain time period as allowed by applicable laws.

We take steps to protect your account information and account chats and to protect against data loss, misuse and unauthorized access or abuse. However, no internet transmissions are ever completely secure nor error-free. In particular, chats sent through the K APP are not encrypted.

It is your responsibility to control access to your device, including keeping your login information confidential. It is also your responsibility to notify K BIAS if you suspect the security of the account or information you provide has been compromised.

You can opt out of marketing messages by contacting us or following the directions that may be provided within the message. Even if you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing communications, such as messages about your account or products and services you have requested.

We do not sell or rent your account information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may combine your usage information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize your K BIAS experience. K BIAS may use this information for its own marketing purpose.
